Three Beta-Nu Brothers Receive Scholarships from the Kappa Sigma Endowment Fund
-Esteves Receives the Mitchell B. Wilson Scholarship-Leadership Award-
Brothers Parker E. Adams , Jesus Esteves and Christopher Satterwhite have distinguished themselves and the Beta-Nu Chapter by being selected as recipients of Scholarships from the Endowment Fund of Kappa Sigma Fraternity for 2016. Since 1947, The Endowment Fund has donated nearly $5 million dollars to Brothers who have distinguished themselves in the classroom and as leaders for their chapters. In 2016 , over 3,000 undergraduates applied for the awards. 347 total Brothers from 270 Chapters received these Scholarships.
Brothers Parker Adams and Christopher Satterwhite were recipients of the Beta-Nu Chapter Scholarship Fund and Brother Jesus Esteves took home the named Mitchell B. Wilson Scholarship-Leadership Award. Only 44 named awards are given each year from the Endowment Fund. This is the first time in many years that Brothers of Beta-Nu Chapter received these prestigious awards. Congratulations to these Beta-Nu Scholars and Chapter Leaders.
