Hall of Fame Weekend Recap
On the evening of Friday, October 25th, alumni and active brothers, guests and current pledge class members gathered for the 10th Annual Beta-Nu of Kappa Sigma Hall of Fame dinner. Once again held at the Round Barn at the Red Mile, the Hall of Fame welcomed four outstanding brothers – Bob Cleveland ’75, Bryan Jones ’76, Lee Webb ’94 and Jesse Parris ’05. The Hall of Fame was conceived as a way of honoring Kappa Sigma and Beta-Nu alumni for outstanding achievements in their lives and career. This year’s honorees more than upheld that tradition. Among chapters, Beta-Nu is uniquely blessed to have had one of its own, Mic Wilson selflessly serve and lead the fraternity for nearly half a century. Mic was named Executive Director Emeritus in May of 2023 and in honor of his lifelong service, a Beta-Nu Alumnus of the Year Award was begun in 2023 in his name. This year’s award winner was Russ Tucker ’71, who is in his sixth decade of service to Kappa Sigma.
