As an undergraduate he held positions of Grand Treasurer and Grand Procurator before he graduated with a BS in 1964. He would also earn a Masters from Kentucky in 1973.
Jordan’s career would see him spend time with the United States Army, Jordan Furniture Company and for 27 years, PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (PwC), where he served as Managing Partner for Kentucky offices, Managing Partner, Ohio, Indiana & Kentucky Region, as well as a Member of the National Board.
David believes in giving back to the community and has served on a number of boards, Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Board of Directors, Greater Louisville, Inc. The Louisville Chamber of Commerce, Board of Directors. He has served as Council Treasurer and on the Board of Directors for the Boy Scouts of America. He has held the position of Treasurer and served on the Board of Directors for the Louisville Metro United Way. He has also served on the Board of Directors for both the Louisville Fund for the Arts and the Kentucky Opera Association.
He has remained committed to UK, is a UK Fellow, an Alumni Association lifetime member, and in 1998 he was inducted into the UK College of Business and Economics Hall of Fame.
David and Connie have one son, Craig, and one daughter, Beth. They are also the proud grandparents of three grandchildren, Kalli, Evan and Will.
Brother Jordan has “great college memories with a great group of guys” and encourages the active chapter to “enjoy the moment.”
